One of our proudest accomplishments is the Z57 Academy, a groundbreaking project we developed for Z57 Internet Solutions. The Z57 Academy empowers real estate professionals with the skills and strategies to market and sell homes online and through social media. We worked closely with Z57 to create a step-by-step process that led 15,000 real estate agents to achieve remarkable success in selling homes. When we started work Z57 had an F- with the Better Business Bearue (BBB) with all the complaints centered around the product did not help real estate agents, sell homes.

Z57 Academy Webinar Trainings
The Z57 Academy was a sales and marketing training course designed to empower real estate professionals with the will; and skill with 15 minute a week strategies to market and sell homes online and through social media. It featured a mix of online, interactive group webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions. The Z57 Academy motivated, educated and gave real estate agents tools they needed to generate leads, market to their existing clients, develop word-of-mouth marketing, capture interested prospects, and convert leads into sales. Designed to keep busy real estate agents focused on the goal and engaged through simple assignments, scheduled tasks, and accountability. We worked closely with Z57 to create a step-by-step process that helped 15,000 real estate agents achieve remarkable success in selling homes.
Those graduating from the Z57 Academy were awarded a ZPro designation signifying they knew how to sell homes and generate results online.

Aligning Customer Service to Reinforce the Z57 Academy Client Training
Customer service representatives were retrained on the product and given the Z57 Academy training, which they had to learn and pass assessments on. To support understanding and product knowledge, we created quick-access how-to guides on any topic for customer service representatives. We also provided talking points and customer assignments that on-demand customer service could give to clients who were having difficulty seeing results or agents who wanted to go above and beyond. As a result, customer service representatives could speak the same language of success as the client: let's sell homes.

We created custom training websites that provide a seamless and engaging learning experience for our clients. These websites are tailored to our clients' specific training needs and include a variety of features, such as interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments.
We developed expertly designed webinar slides and content that captivate audiences and deliver impactful training sessions. Webinars are a great way to reach a large audience at once and provide live instruction and Q&A.
We wrote comprehensive training guidebooks that serve as valuable resources for our clients, providing step-by-step instructions and best practices. These guidebooks can be used to supplement training sessions or as a standalone resource for employees to reference.
We created captivating social media posts to increase engagement, attract potential clients, and drive results. Social media is a great way to share tips, tricks, and insights related to our training programs.

Shortly after our work with the company stopped, we produced a presentation examining the steps we took to improve the culture, customer results and customer satisfaction. We share it with you here as it is a simple but powerful message of how little things matter.
Challenges Z57 faced:
